I'm currently researching my  Italian roots which have taken me to Bari, Italy ( the Luciani's, paternal side), and to Melito di Napoli, Camigliano and Pastorano  ( on my maternal side, the Ferraiuolo's). With some professional help ( Thank you Carolyn Ugolini), I've been successful in going back to my ggg-gf 's.

Vincenzo was a "Bird of Passage" and came to the U.SA. in 1900 and 1905 to earn  money  to bring his family over in 1906 ( Rosa, Annunziata and Maria).  Living in the Bronx, they had 7 more children, including my mother, Elia.
