Hobbies and Activities

 If  I'm not on the computer, traveling, woodcarving or playing racquetball,  then I'm probably jogging or walking the dogs (Shasta and Shilo).  One of my goals was to run the NYC marathon.  I've tried for 20 years to get in, and made it in 2000.  For that year I was able to run  Maui and New York.   I've put together  slide shows for both.  ( check out my links under travel).

Over the years, I've enjoyed whittling and carving.  Most Italians have at least a little Michelangelo gene in them.  As hard as I try I haven't found it yet.  I'll be including some pictures of my work as I complete  them. If you want to get started in this, start with a bar of soap.  Some pictures I took of my work follow:
